Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into goals and strategic objectives for companies and plans have included planning for organizational and performance as well as employee engagement, and change management. She is a lover of learning and regards the growth of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive benefit. These include being an member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women grow as leaders providing training for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association located in North America with the specific goal of providing training, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization that is dedicated to stopping the epidemic of addiction across the United States in educating communities to help those suffering from the diseases of addiction.
